Excellent day trip. The staff especially Christina were absolutely awesome. Couldn't fault anything. The lunch was very nice.

The staff ratio was quite low, one coach and one staff has to take care of approx 20 kayaks, if you have never did it, it would be quite scary since the starting point is in the middle of the sea. We kayak through some rock tunnels, no one is helping when the kayak are congested at the entrance.
We kayak 40 mins to the beach.
They suggested us to go up for the lagoon, they said we only have to walk on the steps not climbing, but the steps were like 45 degree straight. The time they provided merely enough for you to walk up and come down. The beach after lunch was super duper sunny and hot, the sand was burning, it was nice swimming there but nothing to see when you do snorkelling.
It would be much better to book a private trip.
The description of the tour and the reality are not in sync. Tripadvisor must update their website.

The TripAdvisor ad said max.15 people , we were close to 100. The ad said entrance to the Park is included, we had to pay extra upon boarding the boat . Only water from the " fountain" was free , everything else was chargeable. We did not visit 4 islands , but only two . The hotel pick-up and drop-off were respected. Overall , worth going to the Marine Park , but not in such a tour . Over 3 hours sailing there and back .

I cancelled the experience due to windy weather and lack of understanding how it would affect us. Though I aquired about the weather, it was only told that the tour is still on, nothing about how windy it would be. And due to the fact that we had huge waves at our side of samui, we chickened out on the last day, no refund ofc. Though they werent keen on changing the tour as well. But quick.in the responses which was good I guess.
