We had a great day out. Tour guides were friendly, happy and helpful and very organsied. Had a large group to deal with and did it well. Snorkelling, kayaking and hiking were all good.
We had a great time at the marine park. The guide, Sugar, was very knowledgeable about the park. The guide and rest of the crew helped us take pictures everywhere we stopped. I was finding it hard to get up the stairs to the viewpoint and was resting a lot. Sugar stayed with me to make sure I'm doing okay. The team was very attentive and helped us out during snorkeling. The Thai lunch spread at one of the islands was tasty. Plenty of water and soft drinks were available onboard. The team made sure that we carried water and we're wearing comfortable footwear when going for the hike to the viewpoint. I will make sure to recommend this agency to anyone I know who is coming to Koh Samui.
Our guides were very professional, well-prepared and got everything covered for the entire trip. The itinerary was great as well and we thoroughly enjoyed every activity we did. Highly recommend!
It was a great trip, friendly and helpful team on hand to assist from seasickness to getting on and off the boat and taking photos. We couldn't snorkel due to rough weather in the latter half of the day but the fun boat ride back more than made up for it. Another reviewer mentioned "make sure the weather is good", they can't decide the weather....while some found the waves rough, it was like a fun water park ride for me.
