Experience the beauty of the archipelago of Angthong Marine Park with 42 islands, amazing formations, peaks and seemingly impossible to stand rocks. On the speed boat of Mr. Tu you will never feel crowded. Start with excellent snorkeling for about an hour at Koh Wao Yai, then climb up about 200 steep steps on Koh Mae Ko for a super view of surrounding islands and the Emerald Lake. Enjoy lunch on Koh Sam Sao (Tripod Island) and finally kayak into many cool caves and paddle-throughs.

    Stop 1

    2 hr - After a pickup service from your hotel reception on Samui you will meet the friendly boat team of Mr. Tu at Phu Yai Non Pier in Plai Laem on Koh Samui. Enjoy a light breakfast before cruising by speed boat to Koh Wao Yai Island.

    Ko Mae Ko

    45 min - The next stop is at Koh Mae Ko, famous for its craggy, wild beaches and exceptional swimming spots. A hike to the top will reveal the most spectacular view over the Emerald Lake that lies below, linked to the sea through the many underwater caves.

    Ko Wua Talap Island

    1 hr 30 min - The last stop will be at the main island named Wua Talap. Be prepared for a hill top climb up about 200 steep steps for a super view of surrounding islands and the Green Lagoon also known as the Emerald Lake.

Great day out full of sights and adventure!

Firstly picked up by a shuttle and taken to the pier where you register and have a small breakfast. We quickly got on our way with about 22 people on board so it wasn’t crowded, the tour team were brilliant, humorous and kept us entertained. Free drinking water. Offered us coral shoes to purchase which I would recommend, saved any issues with standing on things both for snorkelling or kayaking and can also use the shoes for the hike up to the viewing points. Lunch was good, buffet. The driver of the boat was great fun. The journey back was bumpy due to sea conditions but we had ‘happy hour’ of beer! The islands were beautiful and well explained, plenty of time at each location. Would definitely recomend, great tour!

Book it! You won’t regret it.

We did the Mr Tu Angthong National Marine Park tour today and it was fantastic. The staff were welcoming, organised and knowledgable. They made it extremely enjoyable and I would go back and do it all again without a second thought. The guides were quick to offer to take photos in nice spots too which I thought was really nice! There were options for people who didn’t want to take part in some activities (some people chose to chill on the beach after lunch instead of kayaking and the walk). It was worth every penny. They provided breakfast which were really nice doughnut type things (yum yum style things) and coffee/tea. Before and after every stop they made sure we had drinks and one of the tour guides even carried a bag full of water to the top of the 500m viewpoint. He handed these out to not just our group but anyone else that didn’t have a drink. Honestly above and beyond. We also bought a souvenir plate with our picture on at the end for 150 baht which was a fab touch! So memorable. Thank you so much Mr Tu’s team.

Day trip

I really enjoyed the trip, everything was well organised. There was plenty of food and enough to drink. The activities were all a lot of fun and you had enough time to enjoy yourself and the views.

Amazing trip

Five of us went on this day trip through Mr Tu. We were picked up not far from our villa by minibus to make our way towards the boats. On arrival there was a light breakfast supplied.. The speedboat has about 24 people on board but didn’t feel crowded. There were many stop offs during the day. The first was to a lovely beach where you had the chance to climb the steps up to see lovely views of a blue lagoon and the beach. The next stop off was to do the kayaking. The guide told us which way to go and what to be careful of. We all headed of to some caves which were nice. At this beach there was a buffet lunch supplied. There was a selection of curries,rice, chicken pieces and water melon after. The lunch was actually really good. From here it was back on the boat to another island for more sight seeing. There were 737 steps to climb to reach the top for the best views. This climb really isn’t for anybody who is unfit as it’s steep and hard going. The views were worth the effort though. Then it was back onboard to do the last activity which was snorkelling. They took us to a rocky bay with crystal clear water. The guides threw some food in for those that had go pro cameras and the fish were everywhere. If you went close to the rocks there were so many different colour fish of all sizes. Then it was back on the boat for the journey back. The guides were amazing explaining about different islands and rock formations. Would highly recommend this trip. Thank you for a great day.

Enjoyable day trip to Mu Ko Ang Thong National Parine Park

Booked a day trip to Mu Ko Ang Thong Marine Park with Mr Tu's on 27 November. It can be subjective but @ least I think it was quite an enjoyable trip for me. I've been to island hopping trips in Phuket & Krabi b4, so I more or less know what I'm signing up for. But personally, I think Ko Mae Ko & Ko Wua Talap are amazing & can't miss.....if u're physically abled as u would need to hike up the rocky (& quite slippery) steps all the way to the summit. The hike can be arduous to some, & I would suggest wear proper footwears just for the hike. But trust me, the views @ the top are definitely worth the effort! Did the kayaking too @ Ko Sam Sao & it was fun too. I do however think that the snorkling @ Ko Wao Yai was average, as I think that eco system of the coral reef wasn't exactly in the best state. I did scuba diving so I can more or less discern btwn healthy & unhealthy coral reefs. There're lotsa coral bleeching & not that much marine life tbh. However, I think this is the case almost everywhere in Thailand now, as I've seen similar things in Phuket & Krabi in the past too. The staff of Mr. Tu were friendly & helpful too. I like the fact that they provide very simple buffet breakfast for free @ their pier in the morning. Overall, I think the price is quite justified.

Best day!! You can experience swimming kayaking mountain climbing with wonderful breathtaking view all day. Prepare yourself and sleep well the night before hahaha as the exercise is pretty intense! 超级棒的一日游 大家一定要定啊 不会后悔的！ 导游会说中文 超级热心 帮你狂拍照 爬山一直给你递水给你加油 （对不起有点虚弱） 不过太好玩了！ 你想要体验的沙滩 划船 上山下海 好风景 通通一天搞定
