Best thing to do at Ko samui

The hole experience. The way she explain everything. The food, the ingredients. She also had enough time to explain everything. It was absolutely one of the best things during my stay in Ko Samui. After the course you need a coffee. Because so much good information for your brains ;))

Great cooking class & farm experience in Samui

Booked Lat's cooking class for myself, wife and her parents. Upon arrival, Cam & Lat showed us around their amazing organic micro farm which feels like it's hours away from the busy streets of Koh Samui. They have a fascinating setup, very inspiring to see and learn more about. Together with Lat we picked all the ingredients for the herbal welcome drink- which was very refreshing. The cooking classes were great, super well prepared and everything we needed was at hand. We cooked 4 dishes from scratch, Lat provide excellent guidance and we were all happy & impressed with the results! I would highly recommend this activity, and the next time in Koh Samui we’ll probably do it again.

Tasty food and great fun

I would highly recommend a visit here if you like Thai food. As well as cooking you will learn lots about growing organic food. Chef Lam was a great teacher and as well as learning a lot we were able to eat our dishes. Loads of food, too much to eat and we were able to take our remaining food away for later. I throughly enjoyed my trip and would urge you to go.

Truly a slice of Thai heaven

Amazing place. The farm itself is a wonder from Lat‘s wormery & compost tea to the tilapia system feeding the aquaponics. Beautiful and tranquil - clearly a labor of love. The cookery school experience was also great, Lat gives clear instruction, is very patient and nothing feels rushed. The dishes were fresh, simple and tasty using mainly ingredients from the farm. Also loved seeing Cam‘s photography and artwork. Cannot recommend it highly enough

Absolutely amazing. A must do ❤️

We had such an amazing day. My daughter who is 7 loved it. She was really included in so much of it. I was so impressed with their agriculture, their knowledge and how clever all their systems are that they use. The cooking was so much fun and the dishes tasted amazing. So happy we did this. Totally recommend.
