National Marine Park admission fee (200 THB for adult , 100 THB for children)

- There are 6 viewpoints on Wua Talap Mountain. You must have a reasonable physical strength to walk up to the top viewpoint (500-meter height). Along the way, if you feel it's too tough to go to the top viewpoint you can choose to visit only the first 2-3
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness

Mu Ko Ang Thong National Park
Ang Thong National Marine Park is a fascinating archipelago of 42 or so islands in the Central Gulf Coast of Southern Thailand. It is northwest of Koh Samui

Everything was good - trip, crew, food and views. I would only reconsider taking the kayak - not worth the money. Rest was perfect!

Climbing to the viewpoint was hard, but the view is absolutely worth it!
Beautiful nature but not enough time at the main stop

The nature is beautiful. Unfortunately we didn't have much time at the main spot with the viewpoints. Overall we were at least 3 hours on the boat. Lunch was okay. Our "Tour guide" only talked about the options at the stop and the time we would have to be back on the boat. I thought we would learn more about the national park and the color of the lagoon for example.
National park is a must

Be prepared for a very very long day out. The boat crew men were lovely.
We went snorkelling first in a very very overcrowded area with lots of people and boats. This was very average in my opinion and I’ve done snorkelling more than 5 times in 5 different countries. We then went to the national park and walked up to the viewpoint - this was gorgeous. After this, we went to this very rural area to eat but the food was covered with flies (no nets on the food and the food wasn’t great). The lake was only OK and at this stage we were exhausted. If I would recommend this to a friend, I’d tell them to just do a boat trip to the national park and walk to the viewpoint and return then. Everything else wasn’t great.
